Yvonne Boutges, DVM graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2003 and returned to Eastern Long Island after completing her clinical year at Oklahoma State University. Before branching into emergency medicine and relief work, Dr. Boutges was a full-time associate in general practice for over five years. Dr. Boutges’ interests include many aspects of veterinary medicine, including emergency, preventative and behavioral medicine disciplines. She is a proud member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the NYS Veterinary Medical Society, the LI Veterinary Medical Association and the Ross University Alumni Association.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, beach time and boating and spending time with her husband and son. She is also entertained by the antics of her dog Bunker, and cats Columbus and Jitterbug.
